Delivery Policy

I aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days. I post out Monday - Saturday. Orders are posted First Class with the Royal Mail who quote a 1-2 working day delivery time. THIS IS NOT TRACKED! REPEAT...THIS IS NOT TRACKED. Once it leaves my fair hands its down to ye olde Royal Mail.

 

Please upgrade postage if you'd like a tracked service.

Customs

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. I'm not responsible for Brexit. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact me first if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 


Refunds 
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Exchanges
To return or exchange your product, please email sally@hellobirdie.co.uk

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Exceptions

I don't offer refunds for custom, personalised products or earrings (due to hygiene reasons - ear juice obvs - don't send them back).
